What we run for you
The same operating stack that powers LFCP’s own car parks and car washes — managed by our team, not handed to you as software.
ANPR access & enforcement
Automatic number-plate recognition controls and enforces access at sites whose layout supports it, backed by our Zatpark integration. Vehicles without a valid booking are issued a parking charge.
Online & kiosk bookings
Drivers pre-book and pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — or on site where supported — on the same booking rail that powers our own car parks. Payments run on secure Stripe rails, processed idempotently so a retried request never double-charges.
PCN & fines handling
We manage penalty-charge notices and cancellation requests end to end, including the correspondence with drivers, so enforcement disputes do not land on your desk.
Revenue & occupancy reporting
You get revenue summaries, occupancy patterns and cross-service reporting through our operations panel — the numbers that tell you how the site is performing.
Car wash on the same rail
At suitable sites we can add a pre-bookable car-wash service alongside parking, on the same booking flow and customer account — a second revenue line from the same forecourt.
