LFCP vs 15% market rate
Keep 93% of every booking.
Most parking-app platforms take around 15% per booking (their published rates fold the Stripe payment-gateway fee inside that headline). LFCP is a flat 7% all-in — itemised below so you can see exactly what goes where.
Low flat commission — half of competitors
A simple flat rate, every booking. No tier games, no rate changes by stay length. The ~15% market rate is our headline competitor; we charge less than half of that.
4% LFCP + card processing at cost
Competitors usually fold the card processing fee into their 15%. We show it separately: only 4% goes to LFCP, plus the payment provider’s actual fee at cost. On a £100 booking that’s about £4 to us and under £2 to process the card.
Paid to your bank account
We reconcile your bookings and transfer your earnings to your UK bank account. You give us your bank details once; our team handles settlement.
