A simple flat rate, every booking. No tier games, no rate changes by stay length or booking size. We charge 4% LFCP plus card processing at actual cost, shown as separate lines.
4% LFCP + card processing at cost
We show the two costs separately: 4% goes to LFCP, plus the payment provider’s actual fee (~1.5% + 20p on a UK card). On a £100 booking that’s about £4 to us and under £2 to process the card — so you keep around £94.
Paid to your bank account
We reconcile your bookings and transfer your earnings to your UK bank account. You give us your bank details once; our team handles settlement.
