Film & TV production
Crews use our central-London sites both as a unit base (production vehicles, talent transport) and as a filming location — the open forecourts and underground bays work for car-park scenes shot on-site. Block-book the whole site or a section; one point of contact for the duration.
Corporate conferences
Reserve a block for delegate and speaker parking near the venue. Send the plate list ahead of the event and arrivals clear the gate without queuing — no front-desk runaround on day one. Single invoice for finance.
Weddings & private parties
Take the parking question off the host’s shoulders. We hold the bays for the day, share access instructions in the invitation pack, and provide a contact number for guests arriving late.
Product launches
Camera crew, agency staff, and select attendees on-site. Smaller footprint than a full conference, same booking model — block close to the load-in, plate list ahead.
Venue overflow
Theatres, music venues, restaurants and members’ clubs near our London sites partner with us when their own parking fills. We hold a guaranteed allocation under the venue’s own brand if needed.
Photoshoots & press junkets
Stills shoots, brand activations, and press junkets have used our forecourts as backdrop and crew base. Tell us the date, vehicle count, and whether you need exclusive access — we quote within a working day.
How an event booking works

Send your dates and rough numbers
Use the contact form (topic and subject pre-filled), or call / WhatsApp +44 7999 963773. Tell us the event type (conference / wedding / film shoot), the location you have in mind, the dates, and the approximate vehicle count.

We confirm capacity and quote
Within a working day we confirm what’s available at your chosen site (or recommend a near-by alternative) and send a quote. Exclusive-use, large-vehicle or specialist set-ups are quoted bespoke.

Send the plate list (or guest list)
At ANPR sites we register vehicle plates ahead of the event so arrivals don’t need to do anything at the gate. At gated / keypad sites we share the access code in the booking confirmation, ready to pass on with your invitations.

One invoice, one contact for the day
We issue a single VAT invoice once the event is finished. Drivers don’t need individual accounts. The day-of contact is the staffed kiosk line, on the same +44 7999 963773 number as the booking enquiry — voice, SMS, or WhatsApp.
