We have CCTV camera on our car parks which take pictures of your vehicle for security purposes. The data gathered by cameras or parking attendants are needed to determine your compliance with the parking and payment terms of your contract with us. Your personal data for booking is being obtained, retained and processed in our database to keep track of your bookings.

Under Data Protection Legislation you have the right to be informed restrict or object but please note that under the law we must be sure of who you are before providing you with the information or giving an explanation to your request.

Your data will be retained with us for not more than 24 months if there is an unpaid fee or charges we may request personal details from the DVLA or any other third parties.
