Drivers pre-book secure parking or car-wash services online; access on arrival varies by site (ANPR at Waterloo, gated barrier at Brixton, keypad at Belgravia, PIN at Oxford Circus, marked bays at Acton and Boston) but the booking itself is the permit at every location: no kiosk, no paper ticket. LFCP's commission is a flat 4% LookingForCarPark fee per booking, plus card processing passed through at the payment provider's actual cost (typically around 1.5% plus 20p on a UK card), shown as two separate lines rather than one bundled rate. On a £100 booking a host keeps about £94. - A host does not need a payment provider account. Drivers pay LFCP at booking; LFCP deducts the fee and the card cost and transfers the host's earnings to the UK bank account the host confirms by email, with an itemised statement, every two weeks by bank transfer. - The journey is email-driven: the form starts it, a person reviews every space, and the decision, the suggested starting price and the listing going live are all confirmed by email.
